Landscaping across the property is generally contracted out.  Current services provided by our landscaping crew includes weekly mowing in the summer, care of tree, bushes and shrubs, removal of organic landscaping waste, and spraying many of our yards and fields for weeds.

In the winter, snow plowing and sidewalk shoveling are contracted out as well.

The Homewoners' Association allows owners to make minor architectural changes to their unit as described in the "By-Laws" and "Rules and Regulations" documents currently in effect.   These changes require approval of the Architectural Committee, if standing, or the Board of Directors.  If you're considering making modifications, please consult the documents first, then contact the Site Manager.  Be prepared to submit an architectural drawing to the Board for consideration.
