Summerlakes Homeowne's Association

 Currently, the Association fees are at $30.00 per month. Payment is due the first of each month, with a $5.00 late fee applied after the 15th if not paid. Assessment payments may be made monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. Checks or cash are accepted. For your convenience there is a drop box in the Clubhouse parking lot. Assessment payments must be kept current to use the Clubhouse Facilities.
